i've been talking with my friend elena from buffalo.. she knows more about politics than anyone i know so she's very interesting to talk to. even she thinks that if bush gets reelected than the american public deserves what we get for being so stupid and lazy. and that we should just move to canada where at least we can get married. i love that idea, i'm all for it. i'm always asking cindy if she wants to move to toronto, and every time it's a little less joking. i'm not sure how much more i could handle.. it's like we are told the importance of democracy and how important it is to vote, but then inevitably the idiot cheats and gets “elected” and things go from bad to worse and we're told that that's life, that's just how it goes, get used to it. why should we get used to it?? should we get used to every day a couple more soldiers dying in iraq by the people we're supposedly liberating? can't we take a hint? i guess we have to stay and keep looking for those *huge* weapons of mass destruction.. there's so many they can't even find them in a country the size of california. but of course it's easier to look when you kill everybody and destroy their homes, there's not so much in your way then. and of course it's our war-hungry president drawing the “roadmap to peace” in israel, uhhh yeah that makes sense. let the guy that can't even ride a scooter but can take a country to war without its consent try and fix this little problem. the guy that has taken more vacation days than any other president.. he must be tired from all that stupidity. fortunately they're really focusing on getting those oil fields up and running again, even though it's not about the oil!? uh huh. way to prove it geniuses. ohh so much to celebrate this july 4th!
